There are some interesting links here on Traditional Neighborhood Design and New Urbanism. This is all really beginning to tie in nicely with "The City in Mind."

Bucer's

I think I found the link for Bucer's on Hegeman's blog or on one that he links to. It would be cool to visit Moscow, ID. However, after celebrating the Super Bowl victory we'll be celebrating a birth in February!

Could this be our's?
I am really impressed with the Simpler Times Village. The Sir Charles Confectionary and Deke Bakery would fit in very nicely there.
I'm looking forward to the discussion. In some business negotiations I had last week I heard a good analogy; we obviously need to spend some "stove top" time on this versus "microwaving" it. With that in mind, I would suggest the exacuo board do some initial work and thinking on this before expanding the discussion.

I had the same thoughts on the v.62 bonus track. Her comments about megachurch being entertainment were convicting. To JB's point, why don't we all move to the same community and start our own church? I have probably come up with wackier ideas that I've thrown out to you guys.
Squint's Squash

On Squint's demise, I say it's a shame b/c of the bands involved. There were some good artists of faith there that together could have potentially made an impact on our culture without getting caught up in all the CCM nonsense.
